Cagayan State University values clean water and sanitation for all. It has implemented strategies to ensure access to clean water and sanitation for all. The university advocates the conservation of water and water resource management. CSU also conducts community engagements that raise awareness about water conservation and sanitation practices. The university also supports establishing policies that encourage local participation in water management, thereby empowering communities to sustain water resources.
