Success

My neophyte years as school administrator had been so hard for me. It seems that I have Story
been placed in a vacuum where everything is a stranger for me. It was then that I was
groping in the dark eyeing for even a single star to light my path.

Its good that people and organizations around the corner came to my rescue. They were
like rain on a hot summer day to freshen up and relax the mind from stress and worries.

CESTEEPH Program had just come on a right place and time when, Caroan Elementary
School needed a partner in developing the school and the community. They supported us in
our quest for quality education and poverty alleviation. They provided us starbooks so our
pupils could widen their horizon and begin to dream about their future. They also provided
school supplies and slippers so from there, they could write their dream and further their walk
in search of a brighter future.

What is worth mentioning here, is their devotion of bringing back the old grandeur of Caroan and
putting into life the denuded mangroves which saved and fed the people of Caroan by serving as
habitat to million of fresh and salt water resources which we in Caroan ES partnered in.

I must thank CESTEEPH that thru them a lot more blessings were poured to our school. They became Mario S. Ascueta, Ph.D.
instrumentalities in attaining greater heights.
