Cagayan State University Andrews Campus continues its ISO Journey as it conducted its 2nd Surveillance Audit today, December 9, 2020. The Remote ISO Surveillance Audit was done to verify the compliance of the developed, implemented, and maintained management systems in accordance to the set standards, to check the application of the management systems to determine how effective it is in achieving the organization’s specified objectives, and to verify effective implementation of actions taken as a result of prior non-conformities.

All the audit sessions were done virtually. At the end of the day, Lead Auditor Ms. Christine Anne Formalejo together with co-auditors Xavier Lance Dy and Albert Diuco presented the audit result with 7 opportunities for improvement, 4 minor non-conformities, and 0 non-conformities.

University President Urdujah G. Alvarado thanked the auditors for their insights and also congratulated the whole CSU audit team for the tireless dedication that they’ve put into the activity.

A Certificate of Maintenance is recommended to the University after submission of corrective action plans. Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus had its first audit last November 2019 which warranted the CSU-Andrews a Certificate of Compliance.
