CSU receives plaques of recognition from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

• Top 2 Performing SUC with the Highest Number of Level 1 Accredited Programs in 2021 (17 programs)
• Top 5 Performing SUC with the Highest Number of Level II Accredited Programs in 2021 (22 programs)
• Top 1 Performing SUC with the Highest Number of Level II Accredited Programs in 2019 (35 Programs)
• Top 2 among the SUCS with the Highest Percentage of Accredited Programs (99% Total Accredited Programs) in 1992-2019
• Top 3 Performing SUC with the Highest Number of Level I Accredited Programs in 2019 (13 Programs)

President Alvarado assures her support to the university in future accreditation endeavors in the firm belief that quality assurance and excellence of services are important components of governance.

Targeting to submit some Level 3 accredited programs for the Center of Development (COD), she urged Quality Assurance Director Hilaria Barsabal to immediately take action in the prospect of undergoing this higher level of accreditation. The 4 programs initially identified to be submitted for COD are BS Civil Engineering, AB Communication, Bachelor of Secondary Education, and Bachelor of Elementary Education.
